EIA vs. IUL: Why the big cap differences? (Plus a Sales Idea)
Bob Ritter does a nice job of explaining the reason for the big differences in the caps between Equity Indexed Annuities and Equity Indexed Universal Life. He also shares an interesting sales idea using Wealthy and Wise by Insmark (which I use and advocate) on how to rescue some of these annuities (low returns and unfavorable tax treatment) by repositioning them into a properly structured IUL (higher returns and superior tax treatment).
